The construction is traditional and sound, the roof is slate, the walls are local flint. There are radiators fed by a gas boiler, augmented by the two wood burners, there is PVC double glazing, and mains drainage.

In a peaceful and listed village, this former farm is close to all shops and schools. It faces South and enjoys views of the Pyrenean mountain chain.

It is just 10 minutes from Nay, 25 mins from Lourdes, 30 mins from Pau (Ryanair), 45 mins from Tarbes, 1hr 20mins from Biarritz and the Atlantic beach resorts, 1hr 20mins from Spain and from the lower ski slopes, 2hrs 10mins from Toulouse (Easyjet, Flybe, BMIBaby, Aer Lingus), and 3hrs 30mins from the Mediterranean.
